How to Apply
Below you will find a comprehensive list of materials needed to complete the Williams-Mystic application. Please note that many colleges and universities have their own requirements for students to study away, which may include an additional application in order to be approved for Study Away. We encourage you to complete any home institution requirements and inquire about home institution deadlines before starting your Williams-Mystic application.
Application Components
Please be sure to check with your school’s study abroad office regarding additional study away requirements and campus deadlines. If you have any questions about the application process, contact us at [email protected]. We work with our students to ensure that credit and financial aid transfer as often as possible.
Application Timeline
Williams-Mystic has a rolling admissions process. Generally, we recommend that you submit your application as early as possible due to our limited capacity, or at least by our deadlines listed below. However, even if these dates have passed, we welcome inquiries regarding space availability and will accept applications beyond our deadlines for as long as there is space remaining in the class. It is never too early or too late to contact us with any questions!
Semester | Early admission deadline | Regular admission deadline |
---|---|---|
Fall 2024 | March 1, 2024 | May 1, 2024 |
Spring 2025 | June 1, 2024 | October 15, 2024 |
Please remember that your college/university may have their own application processes and deadlines. It is common that home institution deadlines are earlier than the Williams-Mystic deadlines.
Once students have completed their application and had an interview, they can expect an admissions decision within two weeks. Admitted students will be asked to confirm their enrollment within two weeks of receiving their decision letter. We will occasionally reach out to applicants to discuss the possibility of being added to a waitlist or enrolling in an alternate semester.
